Hello . 1. I'm looking for the files for Project Zero and can't find them.

The TI Launchpad with simplelink BLE cc2640r2 is a really reliable module with huge possibilities for many IoT, security system and many other projects. This is in succession to the cc2650 series however both of these are quite different in terms of RF connectivity.
